- As an attendee and or business vendor, it is understood and agreed that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
- ALL B.O.S.S. events require a $10 Non-Refundable Application Fee with submission of Business Vendor Application in order to be considered a B.O.S.S. UP Expo Vendor..
- Vendors are expected to read ALL Instructions in detail before submitting any fee(s).
- Vendors are solely responsible for attending events hosted by CCKPM LLC that have been registered by their business entity.
- Vendors who fail to provide a 24-48 hour notice of absence may face Vending Restrictions of Approval concerning future B.O.S.S. Events.
- If a registered B.O.S.S. UP Expo Vendor is unable to attend an event and does not provide the proper notice within the 24-48 hour window via email, they are still required to follow our Vendor Registration process. If approved, Vendors will be required to re-submit the required registration fee(s) towards the event that they choose to attend but will not be offered a transfer fee.
- Registered B.O.S.S. UP Expo Vendors who provide a proper notice via email within the 24-48 hour window of a scheduled event in which their business is registered will be allowed to transfer their Vendor Fee at an additional charge of the following:
1. Early Bird Vendor Transfer Fee: $25
2. Premium Vendor Transfer Fee: $35
3. V.I.P. Vendor Transfer Fee: $45
4. Hot Food Concessionaire Transfer Fee: $55
5. B.O.S.S. Shared Transfer Fee: $65
6. B.O.S.S. Food Truck Transfer Fee: $75
- Vendor Registration & Fee(s) are REQUIRED & to be SUBMITTED in order to confirm your Vendor Space.
- Any Late Registration Submissions will be subject to an additional $25 Late Fee Surcharge with processing fee.
- Vending Rights apply to all CCKPM LLC entities.
