Early Bird B.O.S.S. Vendor

        Early Bird Registration is now open for the following events:                                          

          "B.O.S.S."-tober Pop Up N' Shop: October 15,2022

           B.O.S.S. UP: Holiday Szn Expo: November 19, 2022                                              

            Christmas Kickback Social: December 17, 2022


1.An Early Bird Vendor is permitted sales of items pertaining to their brand business/company.

2. Vendor Slot allots business space for a standard table (dependent on venue space availability) & 2 chairs with setup.  

3. EB Vendors have Event Day-Priority Access and are allowed to set up their Vendor Table during EB Registration Time Window. 

4.Each vendor is allowed 1 additional Vendor assistant to assist with setup. 

5. Vendor’s business/company logo will be used on our B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles.    

6. Vendor is required to tag B.O.S.S. UP Expo & associated social media handles while serving as an event vendor.

Early Bird B.O.S.S. Food Concessionaire

1. Food Concessionaire(s) must have food enclosed inside of sealed containers. 

2. Food may be prepared in advance or on site with proper equipment including sanitation stations.  

3. Vendor Slot allots business space for 2 standard table(s) (dependent on venue space availability)and 2 chairs setup. 

4. Vendor’s business/company logo will be issued promotional material to tag B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles and utilize for business/personal promotional use.  

5. Each vendor is allowed 1 additional Vendor assistant to assist with setup.  

6. Vendor is required to tag B.O.S.S. UP Expo & associated social media handles while serving as an event vendor.

 1. A Shared Vendor is permitted sales of items pertaining to their brand business/company for 2 separate business entities.

2. Vendor Slot allots business space for 2 standard table(s) (dependent on venue space availability) and 2 chairs with setup.

3. Vendor’s business/company logo will be issued promotional material to tag B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles and utilize for business/personal promotional use. 

4. Each vendor is allowed 1 additional Vendor assistant to assist with setup. 

5.  Vendor is required to tag B.O.S.S. UP Expo & associated social media handles while serving as an event vendor.   


                      

Early Bird B.O.S.S. V.I.P. Vendor

 1. A V.I.P Vendor is permitted sales of items pertaining to their brand business/company.

2. V.I.P. Vendors will have Priority Access into the Event Space and are allowed to set up their Vendor Tables in the Designated V.I.P. area.

3.Vendor Slot allots business space for a standard table 

(dependent on venue space availability) & 2 chairs with setup. 

4. Vendor’s business/company logo will be promoted on our B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles.

5. Each vendor is allowed 1 additional Vendor assistant to assist with setup.  

6. Vendor is required to tag B.O.S.S. UP Expo & associated social media handles while serving as an event vendor.

2. Food may be prepared in advance or on site with proper equipment including sanitation stations. 

3. Vendor Slot will be allotted for appropriate Truck Setup.

4.  Vendor’s business/company logo will be used on our B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles. 

5. Each vendor is allowed 1 additional Vendor assistant to assist with setup. 

6. Vendor’s business/company logo will be issued promotional material to tag B.O.S.S. UP Facebook & Instagram social handles and utilize for business/personal promotional use. 


                        

B.O.S.S. Premium Vendor
